Italy, first trip but not our last
This was our first trip to Europe. Lori spent several hours learning our desires and any health restrictions. I had two pivotal desires; ride the Orient Express train and visit my mother's birthplace in Italy. Lori then presented us with a selection of itineraries and booked the hotels, the Orient Express, the rental car, tickets to the Vatican Museum and the car from our hotel to the Rome airport.
Lori is Italian and visits there often. She gave us a 3 hour run through of our trip before we left. She called us at our hotels to see how we were doing and we exchanged short status emails along the way. Her wisdom really paid off.
Lori included many helpful items in the itinerary; how to interact with police if stopped on the road, what to tell the gas station attendant, the emergency phone numbers (like our 911), tipping guidelines, etc. She also suggested stops while driving to visit wineries, museums, etc.

European River Cruise

The Anne Frank and Van Gogh Museums were great and by the way, sold out. Several folks on the boat really wanted to go but were unaware of the backlog of ticket sales. Just wanted to say THANKS again for your help with this trip. It has been simply amazing. The hotel in Montepulciano was beautiful and the service was excellent. The town was a lot of fun. What an amazing place. The food and the wine, OMG!
The winery visit you arranged & restaurant were awesome. The food was amazing. I have to say one of the best meals I have ever had! And that's saying something.
The tour at the Castle in Chianti area was truly special. Jamie, our guide made the experience something we will carry with us forever. Tasting the cru wines outside on a hill overlooking the vineyard with Siena in the distance was the icing on the cake!
We took lots of pictures traveling through the countryside but none of them can due it justice. Italy is truly beautiful.

Scotland Family Tour

We had a FANTASTIC time! Both of the hotels were great, the Club suite in Honolulu was as big as our house! All together it was a great trip and we thoroughly enjoyed it! We did a helicopter ride in Kauai, hikes in Maui and Kauai, and a hike out to see the lava flow on the big island which just started about six weeks ago, great timing for us! The Captain sailed past it at night as well which was beautiful!
